We believe that we can provide, unmatched customer service, and give great value to our customers on pricing. And no surprise charges.

Reliability:
what about the reliability of No Bullship shipping services? 
Will I have to worry about packages getting lost, damaged, or delayed during transit?

While others may provide a lower quality of service, this is not the case with us. Good service and reliability is in our blood, and we never confuse providing value without reliability. There is no room at NO Bullship tent for poor or unreliable service. We have built a multi-million dollar shipping company by using only experienced and trusted shipping partners.

Does NoBullShip respond to inquiries, handle complaints efficiently, and provide assistance throughout the shipping process?

Providing good or even great customer service, is how we have been successful in our transportation field. Poor customer service is bad business to us and we also consider it unprofitable for the customer and for NO Bullship. That is why, on our website, you have links and access to all of our senior management team. We put our name and reputation on the line for every shipment. We guarantee their services 100%

Packaging Standards:
Will my items be properly protected and packaged to withstand the shipping process?

Yes. While others consider packaging a sideshow, to us, it is the main show. What is the point of shipping anything of value, monetary or sentimental, if it’s damaged in the process? Our packaging is what sets us apart from other transportation providers, as it is one of our core competencies. From simple packages to complex packing which includes frames, custom museum quality crates, and packaging guidelines; we utilize our experience for all of our customers. No other firm can provide this level of service. Packaging is in our DNA. End of Story.

Insurance and Liability:
Tell us about the insurance coverage provided by No Bullship for valuable or fragile items.
Are my packages insured against loss damage or theft during shipping and what are the liability limits?

We have no desire to limit our customer's concern about providing alternative forms of coverage, so we offer multiple forms of coverage that our customers can select, to ensure that if an item is damaged, it will be handled properly. This includes the coverage we offer from Lloyds of London. We also offer consultations with our customers on insurance, prior to any shipment taking place. Taking chances on misunderstanding our customer's priorities or values relating to their shipping needs is not how we work. No Bullship stands behind every shipment. and If we pack it, you can insure it for up to $ 500,000 dollars in damages.

Delivery Speed:
Some customers may have concerns about the speed of delivery.

NO BULL has worked with carriers that can literally offer next-day service to almost anywhere on the planet as well as cross-country. They will work with whatever timeline you need. NO Bullship offers all levels of transportation timing options, to cover all your shipping needs. We work with multiple carriers to give you options, so you can choose the service you need. We are not a one-trick pony.

Can I expect clear and accurate tracking information for my shipments?

NO BULLSHIP provides tracking based on the level of service from real-time to email tracking updates. You will always know where your shipment is. We want our customers to have all the information regarding the transport and delivery of their shipped goods. Surprises are for birthdays and the Holiday season, not for the safe transport of your property. Regarding transparency, it is our company policy to not hold any information back from our customers. To us, the reason we are here is our customers. Even when (yes it does happen) there is a problem we will never hold back information and we will try and notify you as soon as we discover it. We are fully accountable and take ownership of the good and the bad.
